Gloria and Dr. Grimaudo were great. My quality of sleep is significantly better and I no longer snore at all.

Had a terrific experience working with Dr Grimaudo and his assistant Gloria. They were both very professional and personable in assessing me for the dental device alternative for obstructive sleep apnea. I am very grateful my colleague referred me to New Concept Sleep. The dental device was fitted for me to advance my lower jaw and has literally been life changing to get away from using cpap. I am so grateful. I highly recommend New Concept Sleep if you have obstructive sleep apnea.
Even though it was farther away than I wanted to drive it was worth the trips to New Concept Sleep. The dr Joe was good and working with his clinician Gloria was great. She was very patient and helpful with me and all my questions. I am so happy that the end result is a mouthpiece that takes totally care of my sleep apnea.
What a waste of time. Drove all the way from St Petersburg thinking my insurance covered this and once I arrive I learn I have to pay a deductible of $750. This is after a phone appointment where I was under the impression my insurance covered everything. Call you insurance before you water your time.
