Front desk/check in did it for me. Most dentist that I've dealt with in the past, calls once I've book my appointment online to verify my service that I intended to get and my insurance. Front desk did not have it together. Aside from that one of the attendants was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of an elder Haitian patient with a language barrier, that was trying to check in and it showed poorly on the organization as a whole.
