I had an appointment for a cleaning. I woke up that morning feeling sick, very congested with sore throat. When I called to reschedule they told me I'd have to pay $50 to keep my spot. No thanks.
Positive review on dentists themselves. I guess. But $285 for a 5 minute apt for my 8 year old. No joke. To open his mouth and look. Resulting in the the periodontist to say nothing immediate needed to be done on our child. Brutal. Receptionist provided a written ‘treatment plan’- I said great but I was in there less than 5 minutes and have a $285 bill- not a chance I’m trusting any further appointments there. I’ve never been so appalled by the price for the ‘service provided’. Disgraceful.
Dr Stanley and staff provide excellent care in all aspects!
Did not find the environment or staff friendly. They never answer the phone when you call or call back when you leave a voicemail. If I could give zero stars for this orthodontist office I would.
they do a wonderful job other than the fact the dental assistants whom put my braces on told me to widen my expander with the key an than told me to do it the opposite way after i did it the proper way, i had my expander on for months after i was supposed to due it. there was only one dental assistant in fredericton whom seemed to truly understand and know what she was doing, ive only had a few different ones but when i did. they asked me as the patient what size wire i was supposed to have and refused to cut the wire after ... read more
