I enjoyed my first visit at this dental practice. The atmosphere is relaxed and the smiles are genuine. Thank you Dr. Jackson for my thorough exam and cleaning, Ms. Sybil for being kind, and checking my insurance beforehand, Ms. Jay for getting my X-rays done while making sure I was ok throughout the process. Horrible experience. The front desk receptionist and the dentist have terrible customer service. I wasn’t able to be seen because I had my son with me. Their website doesn’t state children aren’t allowed nor did she say it over the phone. The dentist came out very snappy and rude saying they’re not baby sitters. Who asked them to be????!!! Completely unprofessional, ignorant staff. Do not be seen here
