***Update*** I returned today for my 6 month follow up from my initial visit for a dental cleaning and had the pleasure of meeting Emma. Emma was friendly and professional, personable and a joy to be around. I arrived early for my appointment and was taken back right away. I had the best dental appointment today with Heidi & Dr.Stevenson! I was educated about my teeth and next steps regarding Invisalign. This isn’t my first visit. I went to them in 2024 and then I got insurance that didn’t work with them, so I had to go else where, but now that I have new insurance I am so thrilled to be a patient with them again!
One of the most terrifying experiences of my life—complete lack of professionalism and care with Dr. Sarah Cyr, General Dentist I have visited this clinic many times in the past and actually used to really like this dentist. I never could have imagined she would treat me with such strange, cold hostility.
