McKayla was amazing. She got me in so quick and everyone was so nice the whole time I was there!
McKayla provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Her communication was excellent, she paid attention to every detail, and she went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. It’s rare to find someone who combines such great customer service with a positive attitude. ***Update*** I returned today for my 6 month follow up from my initial visit for a dental cleaning and had the pleasure of meeting Emma. I had the best dental appointment today with Heidi & Dr.Stevenson! I was educated about my teeth and next steps regarding Invisalign. This isn’t my first visit. I went to them in 2024 and then I got insurance that didn’t work with them, so I had to go else where, but now that I have new insurance I am so thrilled to be a patient with them again!
One of the most terrifying experiences of my life—complete lack of professionalism and care with Dr. Sarah Cyr, General Dentist I have visited this clinic many times in the past and actually used to really like this dentist. I never could have imagined she would treat me with such strange, cold hostility.
