All of us see Dr Shu’An Hu and have been for over a decade! We trust her advice and her care for her patients is so genuine. She’s very caring and so meticulous when treating us. Reception staff are also always very friendly. Shout out to Melissa for her warm welcome every time we see her.
Best service every single visit. Nathan is incredibly gentle, caring, and always such a pleasure to see. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease, which makes such a difference. Our whole family feels genuinely welcomed and comfortable from the moment we walk in. Even the young ones have had the best experience calm, positive, and never stressful. We’re so grateful to have found a dentist who is not only professional and thorough, but also so kind. Highly recommend!
I love this dental clinic! They are efficient, professional and courteous from the lovely receptionist Mel to the delightful Dr Phil, they made me feel comfortable as a new patient. Dr Phil handled everything with such care and explained everything as clearly as possible. I will definitely be coming back here for all my future appointments 🦷
