I have sensitive teeth and always requested manual cleans but Dr Kaur strongly expressed that ultrasonic is better and manual cleans are like half cleans. (Which is not true. I recently had this done through another dentist and they were very thorough!) I previously left a review that I later removed because she called me Shortly after I left the review.
