Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Was this provider friendly? Yes Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
