I cannot rave enough about Miss Dawn Sullivan. She was simply an earth angel who worked her butt off for us. She treated us like family and was always available for any questions and even some venting sessions during the frustrations of buying a home. She gave informative and helpful advice and my husband and I will forever be grateful for her. We were lucky enough to move into our home exactly 1 month after finding it because of Dawns hard work!
Thanks to Greg's patience, guidance, and expertise my husband and I were able to close on our house. We had a lot of bumps in the road but Greg did his best to answer any and every question we asked of him. I recently purchased my second home. Greg was so patient and informative. He walked us through each step of the mortgage process and gave us a great education about mortgages and finance along the way. He wrote an individualized offer letter, helping us secure an accepted offer. I can't say enough about All Shores, it was vastly different from our previous home buying experience. My only regret is not using All Shores on my first mortgage.
I cannot say enough about All Shore Mortgages, and Greg. My husband and I used them to purchase our first home, but our situation was a bit complex. Such as purchasing a multi family home, a tight timeline, trusts and gifts. Greg was truly our partner, each step of the way.
