Hello. I'm honestly not surprised you don't have me on record because you didn't even have my HVAC warranty paperwork after I spent a month calling every other day to get it from you, only to receive a generic copied and pasted paragraph in a word document from Jason. In addition, scheduling with this company was a nightmare, with technicians showing up to our house multiple times outside of time frames given to us.
