Very unhelpful and rude. I called to learn about limitations if I were to ship with them. She cut me off and said she wouldn't give me any information unless I'm ready to ship and quote. I told her I wasn't at that point and she just hung up.
Very rude, dismissive, did not allow me to ask questions, and was clearly offended that I would even inquire about shipping a bicycle from Japan to the US. You could be patient, but no. Also left and message and an email, both were intentionally not responded to over 2 business days. I don’t know why FedEx ocean freight would even recommend this company to me.
My cargo sat for 2 weeks on driveway.
Avoid them. Go somewhere else. I had an absolutely terrible experience. Especially with Susan. Won’t go into details but it is not worth it.
