Very rude, dismissive, did not allow me to ask questions, and was clearly offended that I would even inquire about shipping a bicycle from Japan to the US. You could be patient, but no. Also left and message and an email, both were intentionally not responded to over 2 business days. I don’t know why FedEx ocean freight would even recommend this company to me.
My cargo sat for 2 weeks on driveway.
Avoid them. Go somewhere else. I had an absolutely terrible experience. Especially with Susan. Won’t go into details but it is not worth it.
I rarely leave reviews on Google but the service I have received from Allshore Forwarders was outstanding. I contacted them last minute before an international move and Jason went above and beyond to help me out. We have received our personal effects in a timely fashion and all the needed documentation were provided and organized before arrival! Thanks again for your help guys!
