I tried to get upgrades at the touch pad and was not successful. I told the attendant about my issue...no response. No "I'm sorry", no" I can help with that"....nothing. All I can say is....there are LOTS of other car wash businesses in Hanover.
Lousy self service car wash in every possible way. Three dollar tokens got jammed up in the machine, wax doesn't work, rain-x doesn't work. I'm new to the area and use self service car washes a lot. Tried this one and it's terrible, I hope I can find another one nearby. The only good thing I can say is the rinse didn't set my car on fire. One star for that.
First I swiped my card and it said it didn't work so I swiped it again finally we were able to proceed. When I got my bill I was charged twice. I have tried calling them left several messages no response. When we got in we were trapped in it for 45 minutes. It started we went about 2 inches and it stopped 2 young men were working on it and nothing was happening neither came up to us for 30 minutes finally the said back up put it back in neutral and don't touch the brake so we started and the same thing happened we were stuck... read more
I have a lot of calcium deposits from the road on my car and wanted to do touchless to get the worst off before using any brushes. Their touch free was not working so I went to the assisted one with the brushes. I asked the gentleman to please not use his hand brushes Because the car was so dirty and he said we know how to do our job ma’am and continue to use the brushes anyway I’ll never go back as well as I will make sure I tell everyone that they don’t listen to any request.!
Good car wash! I use both the auto conveyor tunnel and the self-service bays. The self-service bays are still relatively cheap compared to others, and the water pressure is excellent. The automatic tunnel wash always does a good job.
