Pretty disappointed this was a car wash I’ve went to for a few years now and had no issue until now. August 17th at approximately 3 pm I took my vehicle for a car wash here. Did the auto wash today, mid level $16 so price didn’t seem too bad compared to others. However after waiting my turn at the stop sign, one of the attendants was guiding me in -that’s normal no problem so far. The nwhen mostly in but before hands off wheel/foot off brake/etc lights and warning, he started gesturing to steer more to the left; my front left tire hit the rail so I straightened out, couldn’t go further left. Went through the touch free wash and even though it was only $12, it did not clean vehicle.
First I swiped my card and it said it didn't work so I swiped it again finally we were able to proceed. When I got my bill I was charged twice. I have tried calling them left several messages no response. When we got in we were trapped in it for 45 minutes. It started we went about 2 inches and it stopped 2 young men were working on it and nothing was happening neither came up to us for 30 minutes finally the said back up put it back in neutral and don't touch the brake so we started and the same thing happened we were stuck... read more
I use the automatic car wash. It did not wash my car properly. So I pulled into a Bay. And washed my car off any entire time. I had people sitting outside the Bay. Watching me telling me it was time to leave. When I wasn't even done yet, the employees didn't want to do anything. I asked to speak to the manager to explain what was going on, and they told me.
