We purchased this shade for our business back at the end of 2018. We have been reaching out to the company because we have an area where the shade is ripping off of the poles and rusting. We paid almost $5k for this shade and their company installed it. We were told that its not covered under our warranty at first because they said something must have fell on it, but we have nothing around this shade, no trees, or anything else.
