Been doing business with this company for a long time and couldn’t be more satisfied. Always professional and definitely know their stuff about pools! Can’t wait for them to install a hot tub!
Owner was supposed to call me on a certain date ... didn't. I followed up and set an appt for him to dive the pool ... no show and no call. What is wrong with these people ?
These guys are very knowledgeable in their field. There wasn't a question they couldn't answer or find the answers we for me. I would and have referred them to everyone I know. They do it all and are good at it. I don't know what that complaint was about but I have been very pleased and have been dealing with these guys for several years now.
These guys are not on a reliable schedule, especially noticeable by the cat-scratch note tucked into my back door reading..."keep it running...I'll be back thu or Fri to retreat." Wth?! So is it safe to swim?! Algeacide, shock? What's going on?!?! And this is after they "accidentally" drained 2 feet of water (totalling around $50) from our pool.
