I’m a 1st time owner of an RV and made an appointment in February with Chad excited and expecting great service with my new rig for myself and my family. I’ve been on a list since then and have called to inquire about my status to be serviced. Well I just talked to Chad and he said that I called too many times requesting a call back and I finally got it.
