Spoke to Mike a week ago and set up an appointment for my day off today, thursday 7/23/2026 @ 8am-10am. Day of appointment arrives, no show at 8am. Gave him some time considering I too am a service tech and things can happen. Then by 845am still no show, so i called Mike back, he said he'll find out more about my appointment and call me back. Mike installed a trenchless liner through a damaged section of sewer pipe that had multiple cracks and root intrusion. We were expecting a huge excavation project, but the trenchless process saved our landscaping and driveway. The work was completed professionally and the cleanup afterward was excellent. Couldn’t be happier with the results.
