Called and they hung up after I asked if they could copy a key for me
This store does not exist anymore.
Seemed way too expensive to me. To get into one lock and replace a doorknob the total came to $380 which seems like a ripoff. The guy to fix it was in my apartment for about 10-25mins.
Called for their locksmith service during quarantine when they were understaffed, understandably. Didn’t find out till later but they had to send a 3rd party locksmith who overcharged me for the service. I was able to get in contact with the owner who was very professional and we were able to work out a compensation for the inconvenience. A rare honest business!
