Some local businesses in Franklin like to take as much money from you as possible. This instance sure felt that way. I’ve used them in previous years to service our mini split A/C with good results. However, this time I called for a repair to our unit which they sent someone out who said they cleared the drain line. However this wasn’t the cause of the dripping and spitting water out of the unit. I asked them to resolve the issue which they replied that the unit needed to be cleaned for another $260.
