Unreliable. Unprofessional. "I hate working on these things" said the tech they sent me. Days to get answers. UPDATE: I hired another Hvac guy after waiting 2 days for an update. You charged me for just showing up, you repaired nothing. Your company never even properly diagnosed the issue. DISHONEST REPLY
Thankfully, this was a quick fix. The guy that came out was professional and even had the part on his van to fix my heat pump.
Greg Bauguess, Brian Reeves and John Woodring did an incredible job from start to finish. I couldn’t be MORE pleased. Arrived at the time they said they would and completed the job in the originally projected time. Cleaned up after their work. Very professional.
All Service installed a mini split and replaced a dual source heat pump in early July. The mini spit is fine. The heat pump is yet to work properly. At first the cooling system would not turn on. After days of no response to my calls, a tech was dispatched after directly calling the owner. The tech got the system to cool but the fan runs 24/7 unless I turn off the entire system from the panel. After waiting a week for a second tech to diagnose the fan issue I am still waiting. Our experience with All Service (Franklin, NC) has been excellent. Greg Bauguess handled all the pre installation work along with Judy in the office. They were totally on top of things. Brian and John handled the installation of our units and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. I have been very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work.
