I have been trying to get a representative to pick up the telephone for the last 4 hours, and all I get is a message recorder. It is in the middle of the afternoon on a Wednesday, and no one in this company is available to assist with customer needs. Honestly, I don't know how a successful company operates like this??? I completely agree with above review. Price for my item was excellent but item never shipped. I had to call company to inquire why and was told my order was "lost". I ordered my product over 10 days ago and still have not received it. I asked if they would expedite the shipping since they lost my order and was told no. I said they would likely lose a returning customer if no effort was made to make right the situation. Nothing was offered to me. I won't be doing business with them again.

I have bought 10's of thousands of equipment and never had any issue's.

They have a great product offering on their website and good prices. However, they do not keep hardly anything in stock and they don't disclose this on their website. It took upwards of three weeks to receive my complete order. This completely defeats the purpose of procuring all items from one supplier. They are also very reluctant to cancel an order and refund money if you are agitated over this. If you need your stuff in a reasonable time frame do not shop here.
