Used this company for my rolling shutters. Installed nicely however I’ve had my shutters malfunction 3 times since they’ve been installed. Had to have a motor replaced on brand new shutters within the first month and had my shutters completely stop working twice. I currently have a shutter that is stuck halfway leaving my business vulnerable and I’ve been calling for over a week now and they give no response sadly. Very unprofessional company. I was told the shutters came with 1-year warranty on labor and 5-year warranty on parts, but when a problem actually happened, the warranty meant nothing. The window side of the shutter stopped working, and I have been calling and texting for more than two months with no response and no effort to fix it. It already took almost two months just to install the shutters, and now when there is an issue, they completely ignore the customer.
