I'm a customer that was told a had a warranty on my multi thousand dollar system. Now he will not return my calls or emails about an issue with my system.
John at All-Secure technologies installed two high-end video survelance systems, providing exterior coverage over approximately 45,000 sqft of commercial rental space. With his systems I was able to give each of our tenants partitioned access so they could also monitor the premesis on thier computers and mobile devices, but not affect administrotor settings. My surveillance cameras are all installed and working. I'm a happy customer. This was very tedious work and I'm so glad I had this done before it got really hot during the season. The whole install was completed over 3 different days. It was suppose to be a 1day install. John and Adrian had a few hiccups the 1st day. John had a hard time figuring out how to link the 5mp cameras to the box and had to come back the next day due to a unforeseen situation.
