Very happy. You have been servicing my Gate for over 15 yrs. Josh is very knowledgeable. I met John for first time when I wanted to replace My gates and Operators. Very friendly. Good prices. Did exactly what they said they would and when. Designed custom gate for me. Earl installed gate beautifully. Very happy with your staff. Gate looks beautiful and operators run like a champ. bad customer service unprofessional – i would pick a lesser star but i cant. i paid approx. $4000 to have a 10 foot aluminum fence and 10 foot aluminum gate installed less than 2 1/2 yrs ago. i may open the gate on average 1-2 times per month. the mother board for the gate motor burned up in the first year. Had to be replaced. 2 yrs. and 2 months the motor arm that opens the gate fried. had to pay to have that replaced because the 1 yr warranty is over. now with new motor, the mother board has fried again.
