The service representative that registered me was very helpful, friendly and efficient. When I got to the storage unit it was clean and the lock was there as promised. My only complaint is that the door is hard to open and the latch is very difficult to seat in the lock. I would appreciate it if that could be remedied so that I don't have to spend so much time getting the unit locked up. Thanks. Great service
I arranged for and paid for the storage unit on line, on a Sunday yet, and things went smoothly. The unit was clean and fresh, and the goodie bag was exactly where it was supposed to be. Everyone was completely nice and I liked the friendly, competent way things were handled. Top marks, well done
