Everyone, but Allie was first one I spoke with, was so helpful and kind. Had to get larger unit when I saw the truck but they were fast and could not have gone more smoothly.
DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE!!! I stored everything I own at the Columbia city location for 2 years after I lost my home. They raised the rent 3 different times within that time frame, but I paid $150 a month for 2 years. When I went to get my stuff. I noticed that Everything had mold, bugs, and rust. I lost literally everything. A week before my move, I called and asked if there was a dumpster on site for any items that I couldn’t take.
