Fantastic customer service from Paul!!! He made my first time rental experience as easy as possible. He walked me through the whole process, answered all of my questions, make sure everything was fully executed and I was comfortable before we got off the phone. Amazing!! You just don’t find customer service like that anymore.
I deal with people a lot and this was one of the best experiences I have had on the phone with someone.
