A few years ago, I brought in a key, and they programmed it for me, which was awesome. I recently had an issue with a truck that involved replacing the whole ignition, and they recommended a shop. The receptionist sent me a text link to the shop, which was going above and beyond for someone who wasn't even spending money with them. I find this place to be honest and trustworthy.
Outstanding experience with Bryan from All Secure. Repaired our front door and installed a new biometric deadbolt. Bryan showed up on time and prepared to work. He is a natural educator and taught us a lot about our new lock. He made certain we could use it safely and easily before he left. Highly recommend.
I had them re-key a car door lock and it doesn't work with the key I asked them to match. Mistakes happen and that wasn't a big deal, but then they wanted to charge me again to fix it. Edit: In response to their response, I wish they had told me that so I could have corrected them. I gave them my key to use and they made a copy, but their copy wasn't cut correctly. I'm trying to be reasonable, but I don't see how that's my fault.
They took great care of us when we needed a car fob made. They programmed it to the vehicle for me and showed us how the imbedded chips work as an anti theft device. Would highly recommend. Friendly and sincere.
