We were driving from Salt Lake to Phoenix and realized we had left the key to our roof carrier. We contacted Dan while driving and arranged the time we would be arriving in Cedar City. Dan was very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about our situation. He was very accommodating and fair. So responsive!!!!! I locked my keys in the car and my baby was inside. I called 911 then these guys. Dan had my car open and I was holding my baby by the time the cops came. 7 out of 5 stars wonderful
5 star customer service!! This guy didn’t hesitate to refer a different locksmith just in case I couldn’t wait the ETA quoted. I decided to wait and by chance a tow truck pulled up next to me at the rest area where I was locked out of my running semi.
