They closed their doors FYI. I signed a contract with job promised to be completed about Christmas. It is Jan 6th I have called the office 3 xs with no response until I reached out to Bruce who sold me the job. No one bothered to contact me about this!!! What a waste of my precious time!

We decided to have a lot of backyard landscaping done this year. After doing our research and even visiting their showroom we had a sale rep Greg Johnson come in June to go over everything we wanted done and get a quote and timeline. Greg was fantastic and on June 20th, 2023, we signed a contract to have demo and replacement concrete work done, install turf, put up new patio cover with fan, lights and usb ports etc. and finally install motorized screens. For a veteran owned and operated business I expect them to at LEAST keep an appointment, they canceled on me twice both times I had to check the night before and find out they weren't able to make the appointment that I scheduled 2 weeks prior VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DONT GET BATED INTO THIS HORRIBLE DECISION
Nice product, terrible customer service. New solid cover patio installed last Nov. Rains came in Dec, water leaks through fan they installed. Called Jan 5th, they said someone would get back to me. No call back. I called again March 1st, PROMISED, they would get back to be the following week to set up an appointment. Its now March 12, still no call back. Yes, its been raining, but there have been dry spells, it's the non-response that's irritating.
