Disappointed in customer service
Their company came in to put screens on the windows of our brand new home. Their crew came in with dirty boots (the only people in my home with shoes on) and tracked dirt from our tile hallways to the windows in our spare bedrooms with WHITE CARPETS. No one else had been in those rooms that morning. Both myself and one of the painters watched them go into the bedrooms with dirty shoes. I confronted the worker who vehemently denied doing it.
