I’ve hired them twice now. One for a leak and the other for maintenance. Both times I was impressed by their employees who are knowledgeable and thorough in their work. Additional star for the technician David for his meticulous maintenance work!
All Seaons Waterproofing and Drainage company did an outstanding job! They were easy to work with and completed the job on time. The office staff did an excellent job with communicating all the details of the job. I would highly recommended them for all your waterproofing and drainage needs!
Crew took longer than required due to not being prepared for old waterproofing material on pressed brick facade. Crew also did not mask of the building at the entry (most visible area) and discolored the brick. The HOA recently had the building sealed that cost a little over $100K and no precautions were taken to avoid damaging the brick face. The four step sealing process looks bullet proof however.
I was extremely satisfied with their work to replace my gutter drain line that collapsed under tree roots and seemed to lead to nowhere with a 90 degree turn into the ground with a new pipe that drained the water out of a new curb hole. The crew was friendly, professional, answered my questions and concerns, and did as high quality job as they could. We had Kirk look at our basement for waterproofing as a preventative measure. He showed us many signs that our basement has not leaked water in the past and convinced us waterproofing now wouldn't be of much benefit. Kirk was extremely knowledgeable, honest, professional, and a pleasure to converse with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to consult with someone about water issues in their basement or crawl space.
