I don't appreciate being lied to over the phone about an extra bill that was completely unexpected and basically just thrown under the bus at the very moment my dog is supposed to get her shots so she can have her tooth abscess removed via surgery. The medicine for her swelling and pain was $300, surgery is already $1,000 alone and the rabies shot was only supposed to be $120 dollars but oh no she "HAS TO HAVE HER BOOSTER SHOT TOO" which was the unexpected bill I got side-blinded with. Dr. Chrouser and Dr. Williamson are amazing. Our dog needed surgery to treat a life threatening infection and with finances being tight they were able to do her surgery for a price we could afford. They saved her life. Proof they care about their patients more than anything.
The entire staff has does an outstanding job taking care of our dogs since we moved to the area.
