Bought 15 pallets, 3 of the pallets are complete trash, changed my initial 1 star to 3 star because honestly the rest were good (not great). Inspect the pallets when dropped off to verify quality, something I failed to do. Company reached out and seems to care so I upped the rating.
All seasons turf is the best around town. Great prices and an even better product. Erin and Monica have helped us out a lot- Joey with Terry’s landscape.
Had a nice chat with Erin and got a plethora of knowledge on how to get my grass situation sorted out. Will definitely be using these folks on my next sod project.
Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and quick. About half of the pallet I bought is falling apart and very, very muddy. The bottom half of the pallet looks like the grass is mixed with mud, instead of growing out of it. It just tears into pieces when I grab it. I tried all seasons because at the last place I purchased sod from, this same thing happened. The condition of about half of this sod is worse than the condition of the sod I purchased elsewhere a couple of weeks ago. It's a waste of time and money
Excellent customer service and great quality turf, highly recommend this company.
