Shadd took care of our business and really explained the services very well, highly recommend their services!
They trimmed my tree for the city, and took off branches not even CLOSE to the sidewalk or the power lines!! Many beautiful blooms are gone, and my kids were upset to see them take off some of the lower branches. When I approached them they explained the tree would grow back fuller, but that's simply not their call to make. iIt's on my property and not near the sidewalk or power lines, so they should have been more considerate.
Company cutting down and botching peoples' trees all over town. I don't know how this contract they must have with the city works, but I'm guessing they're cutting anything they see so they have more to bill the city for. I could be wrong about that, but either way, knock it off. If I wanted my tree cut down or mutilated I'd call to have them do it.
We were in the middle of sewer work with a local contractor and unfortunately needed to have our 30’ maple tree removed in our front yard right away due to some unforeseen circumstances. I remembered I saw an add for All Seasons Tree Removal at a local restaurant and gave them a call. I explained that we needed their help as soon as possible and they sent a crew over within 45 minutes, they cut the tree down and they were done in 20 minutes. Called to get a quote, but they were supposed to be here at noon today and didn't show up. Called at 12:20pm and spoke with Robin who said here husband would be here at 6pm tonight. Once again a NO SHOW!! I wouldn't recommend using this business as it is extremely poor professionalism!!
