Excellent service via phone and e-mail -- you don't have to be local My friends and I have used All Seasons Travel for many of our Disney Cruises. We've gotten good information on preferred cabin locations and shipboard credit for booking through All Seasons Travel. They took care of linking our cabins, making sure we all were seated together for dining. We were able to get great prices on the hard-to-get itineraries such as the Disney Cruise Panama Canal crossing.
There is no better travel agency. The customer service is an A+. They are always willing to go that extra mile for their clients. Speak to Sandie Clifford---- she s the best!

Fair to Poor. The customer service at this travel agency is too slow. Sometimes this is okay, but when their refusal to make changes to a reservation until Monday winds up costing thousands of dollars when the deal expires before they deign to work with you, its time to find a different travel agency.
