Furnace was producing a metallic clicking noise on startup and heat felt weak in upstairs rooms. Service diagnosed loose heat exchanger panel, dirty blower motor, and unbalanced dampers. Tightened panel, cleaned motor and wheel, adjusted dampers for better upstairs flow.
