I gave this company all my business… over $60k. They shipped me the wrong replacement top for my 40x80 pole tent top. They acknowledged that they did not ship me the high peak top I ordered. They told me that they would have to order my top. In the meantime they offered to sell me wrong top for a discounted price. I declined and he offer and they have my $10,330 and have ghosted me. I cannot believe this company is treating one of their most loyal customer in this manner. I am now looking into all my options.

We order all our sidewall from these guys. I can be a difficult customer at times because I know what I want and need things done a certain way. I sent these guys a sample sidewall we liked but wanted modifications to make them even better. These guys made us exactly what we wanted and now we have standardized our inventory on what they make for us. Customer service from Seth and Blanca are top notch. I recommend them to any size tent company.
