Horrible customer service. I spent almost $3500 in rentals and only used 13 tables because it rained. I had a tent put up (which was available to me last minute because no one else had reserved it) and still wasn't able to have my wedding because there was 6 feet of water up into the tent. I was told "a refund was not necessary because I could still have my wedding" even though we would be walking through puddles of water and mud everywhere.
