Very professional with the initial quote and the install. Ensured all our requirements were met and a thorough handover waa competed post installation. The grass itself is far better than any other that I've had previously and the pet infil is a welcoming addition. Very satisfied.

Great product and good communication from the team! Very professional from the moment we got in touch, to getting quote prepared to final installation of the turf. On day of installation, the crew made a courtesy call while on the road, turned up on time, did a fantastic job and cleaned up as the left the site. We chose the silverback natural and it looks amazing.
Disappointing experience. Had to follow up to get the quote, then had to follow up to get a booking, then the morning of install they called to say they wouldn’t be there until the next day. The grass was installed in 3 pieces including one piece about 1m square with a visible join. Could have been done in one piece. Was brushed off by management as nothing wrong with it
