AJ and Kelly! We were lucky enough to find that our missing items from a moving company debacle we located at this Uhaul storage location. We could not have asked for a better company to work with after all of the trouble we have had. Kelly and AJ jumped into action to assist, making sure that everything was in order (legally) and that we were able to rest easy knowing that all of our items (including family heirlooms thought to be lost) were safely and securely being stored at this location. AJ was very pleasant and helpful during a stressful and urgent situation that I have had. Very grateful for her efficiency in making this process seamless for me. The facility itself is also very clean. I would recommend storage here to anyone in the Kingsport area.
My experience was excellent and I received very professional help getting set up with a couple of storage units.
