Pretty simple details to explain they deserve a one or less. It's called all season spas I call them on the phone wanting some information to help fix my spa. Should be pretty easy if they do this for a living. Can't get the alkaline to go down and I can't get the manual figured out. The jackass just hung up on me. Wouldn't waste a dollar on them ever. No courtesy.
