Via a hot tube retail store, I had a replacement spa cover made by this company. Using the premium Sunbrella fabric which is high priced and comes with a 10 year warranty, evidently the harsh manufacturing process of making a cover results in “crazing and mark off” discoloration of the fabric. (see photos). While the cover may last a lot longer than other products, the prospect of having to look at this ugly fabric is not ideal.

Had to take a moment to compliment Charlie and his impeccable spa cover manufacturing, delivery and installation. I was expecting a great cover and was pleasantly surprised with a fantastic quality cover. Absolute perfection. I opted for Sunbrella material that is very chic and elegant in grey. And it is so well assembled and stitched. Better than ANY factory cover I’ve ever had and I had Sundance and Caldera high end ones before.
