ASR installed a new roof on my house in Calabash, NC. The house went under contract and the buyers recognized the shingle colors are mismatched throughout the entire roof, and also ASR used architectural shingles on the ridge vent instead of flat shingles. We have contacted Mike Rivenbark - the owner - several times and he has been unresponsive. I'm left with no other option than to hire someone else to redo the whole roof and follow up with a lawsuite against ASR. Photos attached.
Replaced asphalt roof with a new metal roof by All Seasons Roofing. I was interested in the change for a more sustainable roof in a storm. Roof quality is paramount to reducing damage and cost in a hurricane on the coast. The staff was awesome I.e Efrain & Hunter both quality people.
I am struggling with the number of stars I should place on this review and here is why. We moved into our brand new home in July 2022. ASR was the roofing contractor used by our builder. Immediately, we recognized roofing shingles that were curling. ASR came out on more than one occasion to correct the problem. It was probably about 2 months later that during a high wind weather event that we noticed the house was "groaning" very loudly as if the house was vibrating.
