Finding All Seasons for my beautiful mother was nothing less than an answer to my prayers. I wanted my mother to feel like she was at home and not in a cold, sterile facility, the All Seasons home on Central Ave did that for her. The home is clean, warm, and inviting. I was able to spend time with my mother in different areas of the house, either the very comfortable living room, or the dining room table, the piano area, the peaceful backyard, or her own private room. We move our parent here after care level dropped off at another provider. The difference in care was immediately apparent. Recommendation for her care and comfort provided, were not provided by others. Communication on her care is plentiful via text and other avenues. Staff is trained differently where resident safety is paramount and attention care is outstanding. Parent has dementia and there is great insight and information for us all to interact better.
All Seasons is everything one could want for their loved one. The facility feels like home and the staff are like friends of the family. There are no words to express the gratitude I have for the care provided to my father. I trusted them to do their best, and they did and kept me informed throughout it all.
The people at All Seasons took stellar care of my mother; she was extremely difficult and had been asked to leave four establishments (in less than two (2) years) prior to Toly and the All-Seasons staff agreeing to take a chance at making her happy (which was virtually impossible throughout the 66 years I knew my mother).
