Not reliable. I went in-person and placed an order for 25 white chairs and 3 cocktail tables and they called at 1:00 the day before delivery and told me they didn't have white chairs. Several calls later I thankfully found another vendor. Will never use again.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s unfortunate that this is my first time encountering such poor service, as I’ve rented from them before. The owner was completely rude when I spoke to him in person. I genuinely don’t understand how a business can survive with such terrible customer service.
