They said their normal turn around time is 1-2 weeks and they've had my mower for 4. It is very difficult to get in touch with them. Their communication is done over text and they ignore some questions
I'm revising my review. Lawn mower is still broken after service. When I originally brought the tractor I told them tge battery was new. And that I thought the valves needed adjusting. Tge mower was starting hard. I said even when I put a truck booster pack on the battery it struggles. They messaged me that tge 3 month old battery was no good and that it was fixed. We had them service our Husqvarna commercial tractor. Service was fast and thorough. Had them adjust the deck and sharpen the blades. To be honest I couldn't believe how low the bill was.
Stopped in All Seasons for a couple shear pins for my Ariens snow blower. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful and had me on my way quickly with the right parts. I look forward to going back there for any equipment needs.
