Not that good. I brought in a part that reverses the direction of a pool sweep. In the past the sales staff would take the time to look at the part to make sure it was actually broken and couldn't be repaired. Instead this sales person declared that this part was difficult to repair and immediately brought me the new part without any further conversation and charged me for it. Rip Off! Asked about the price of a new pump for my hot tub thinking it may be cheaper then ordering it myself online. The pump that they looked up I had literally just looked up. They threw on $140.00 to the price. I thanked them and they thanked me back in a snarky tone. Bad service. I’m a supporter of walk in shops but I’ll get all my hot tub supplies off Amazon from now on.
