Pros: Kevin is very nice, and almost always answers phone. He will call you back if he doesnt. Cons: Kevin in incompetent and dishonest. They demand payment for maintenance and repair before the job is completed in my opinion either because they are broke or cannot open a business line of credit because they don’t have good credit. He left our salt pool in dire straights for weeks, causing the system to over work and not behave like a salt pool should.
