When we first bought our house, All Seasons sticker was on our boiler. We called and used Dan to tune up the boiler, replace all the glycol, etc--and we were happy with his (fairly expensive) work. Since then, we've had Dan out about once per year to work on/fine tune the boiler. Everything's been fine until this year, and his service went right down the toilet. Started installing in floor heat but it took them 1 month because they only came to work 2 days a week. Then left high and dry when the project was 90% done.

We are first time home owners in Durango and bought a fixer upper. As you can imagine, its needed A LOT of work. We have had Dan and Chase over on multiple occasions to install a sink/disposal, move an entire outdoor water line, install water spigots around the house, install a main water shut off valve and most recently repeatedly repair and try to help us with regards to our hot water heater.
