Might be the worst service experience I've ever had in my adult life... and I've spent many hours on the phone with Spirit Airlines - I was charged over $20 for them literally doing nothing. This was after a 3 1/2 week period of waiting for them to call. Oh yeah, and they threw away one of the pieces to my mower. Embarrassing.
People there are very rude. Will tell you they will order a part and never call you back. When you call to check on the order status they act like you have never called.
Poor customer service and very rude people I went up there to get a part with my disable child was crying a little bit and the the blonde headed woman told me to leave because she can't stand the whining kid I told her my child was disabled she said she did not care if she was in a wheelchair get out I will never go there again I will pray for her and the company that hates disable children
