Very friendly people
My grandparents are living here and love almost all of it but they have continuously been treated horribly by the restaurant manager Angie. She has been short and rude repeatedly, has been difficult with concerns my grandmother has brought to her attention and has been more difficult in resolving issues when it came to making a reservation for us to eat with her at the establishment. I recently took my grandfather for a tour of the new All Seasons Oro Valley and was really impressed! The property itself is beautiful inside and out but what really stood out was the amazing customer service. The front desk person greeted us as we entered and answered a few of our questions. The leasing agent was able to answer ALL of our questions around the finances and insurance.
